Fiesta pizza



2 pita bread rounds (or tortillas)
1/2 cup cooked ground beef with taco seasoning
1/3 cup salsa
1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
1/4 cup corn
1 small onion, chopped
black olives (opt)
shredded Gouda, Monterrey Jack or Cheddar cheese

Spread the salsa on the pita rounds, going to within 1/2 inch from the edge. Top with shredded cheese, then ground beef. Add remaining toppings. Broil until cheese melts and starts to brown.

  1. Everything but the sweet corn sounds scrumptious! I don't understand corn on pizza and I never will.
