I'm not sharing this recipe because it wasn't very good. However, I do get credit for attempting to cook rabbit...and would love to know if you have a good recipe for attempt number 2.
You get a LOT of credit for cooking rabbit. I don't have any hare recipes although I do have a cute one living in my yard. But if you ever need some venison recipes look me up, I've got several that will knock your socks off.

Hi, I went to Gran Canaria and they served Frito Carnajo. Fried Rabbit. Lovely! Here's the recipe:
Rabbit(chopped into pieces for easy frying)
Thyme
Spicy sauce (mojo picon)depending on taste
Four, salt n pepper
If you are using a whole rabbit, you would need at least 4-5 sprigs of fresh thyme or 2 tbsp dried thyme. Put the thyme in the spicy sauce.
season the flour with salt and pepper, roll the rabbit pieces in the spicy sauce then in the flour.
Fry until it is golden brown
Enjoy!
