Pot of pesto pasta



2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 roasted red peppers
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 cloves crushed garlic
3-4 heaping Tablespoons of basil pesto
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 cups cooked pasta

Saute the chicken and garlic in olive oil. When chicken is white all the way through, add mushrooms, red peppers and pesto. Heat well.

In a large bowl, mix pasta with sauce. All done!
