Mocha brownie cake



Mix well:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, beaten

Combine in a second bowl:
1 cup cocoa
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup vanilla pudding mix
1 Tbsp finely ground coffee
1 tsp baking powder

Add to egg mixture, stirring until just blended. Pour into nonstick 8x8 pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Where you do you get these recipes?? If they are original you HAVE to submit something (or multiple somethings) to the contest that Cooking Light is having - the deadline is April 30th so hurry and decide what you want to submit!!

Sounds scrummy! What do you use for pudding mix here? I don't have any imported...(hoping you have a substitute!)

yeah, is there a substitute for the vanilla pudding mix... i'm thinking you don't really get that in india!
and when you say 350 degrees do you mean celcius???
