Mom's garlic bread



1 loaf French bread
butter
garlic powder
salt
dried parsley

Cut the bread into rounds. Place small pats of butter on the top side. Sprinkle (don't be shy!) with garlic powder and then a little salt and parlsey. Broil in the oven until the edges brown.



Goes gread with pasta.

Mmmm...I used to have this practically every Sunday after church when I was a kid. Sometimes my mom would sprinkle a little parmesan on top too... I haven't tried making it in France, where you can buy real "French" bread! It's probably 100 times better!
