Cheryl's blue cheese dressing



1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 oz Roquefort or other blue cheese

Blend all ingredients (except blue cheese). Crumble cheese into dressing, then stir. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
