Roasted vegetable soup - oh yum!
So, so easy. And vegetablicious. My new favorite soup for autumn.
1 cup puréed
1/2-3/4 cup water
dash salt or tiny sprinkle of chicken bouillon
toasted walnuts (optional)
Stir and heat slowly. Top with walnuts.
