LOL.Maybe roasting them is not a great idea, but boiled fresh peanuts are SO much better than boiled roasted ones!
LOL. Yeah, I wouldn't have even tried that. Although I did "roast" some the other day to make curry/cayenne peanuts. Only I then discovered I don't like curry. Next try: honey roasted peanuts!
